Under their newly revamped house teams, KS2 participated in a mental maths competition on Wednesday afternoon. Each child competed against three others in their year group, with the fastest to write their answer down and show it to the teachers winning their house a point.
With some of the questions posed being 2 or 3 part problems, the children showed great calm under pressure to put all their learning into practice.
It was a particularly good day for the Eagles, with the blue team winning both the upper and lower key stage 2 competitions.
Look out for a music competition coming up next week. Every team point is valuable.
