Foundation Stage 2 children are enjoying their learning experience about Minibeasts. They are exploring the world of insects and spiders and anything that creeps and crawls or slithers and slides!
In the framework of inter-school activities, Ms Kehoe from FS2 Blue arranged a visit for Foundation Stage children to the DHS science laboratory with Ms Heba Maghraby who teaches science at DHS. After discussing slugs and snails in class with their teachers and friends, it was time for FS2 children to learn more about Minibeasts, and get a feeling of their world through learning how to make slime with Miss Heba Maghraby. In the DHS science lab, children also wore their scientist goggles to learn about combustion. Now we love slugs and snails!
Thank you to our wonderful friends in DHS for making slime with us, for showing us about combustion and for being so kind to us, the little people of DBGS.
