Cambridge Outstanding Learners Awards

Yesterday the British Council hosted the Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards at Prince Mohammed Program for Youth Development in Dammam.

DBGS students were well represented. Yasemin Senai (Year 13) took the High Achievement Award in AS French Language and Arwa Akkari (Year 13) won the High Achievement Prize in AS Psychology.  We are particularly delighted that two of our first small cohort of AS level students achieved such prestigious awards. Congratulations to them and their teachers.

Our IGCSE students also won prizes. Jacob Lawson won the High Achievement Award for Economics, Farah Elhamri and Frank Megarry both achieved the highest marks in the Eastern Province for Foreign Language French and Geography respectively.
